On April 20 the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs led by Koryun Nahapetyan was on a working visit to the Anti-Air Defense Military Unit and the Marshal Armenak Khanperyants Military Aviation Institute of the  RA Ministry of Defense.

The Committee members Tevan Poghosyan, Edmon Marukyan and Abraham Manukyan took a tour, got acquainted with the conditions, as well as held working consultation. The problems existing in the military unit were also discussed.

Afterwards, in the Marshal Armenak Khanperyants Military Aviation Institute the Committee members got familiarized with the structure of the institute, the history of its creation, the conditions, the steps taken to the use of the aviation technique and the rise of the professional quality. They discussed with the lecturers of the institute issues regarding the educational process, touched upon the existing problems and the perspectives of the development as well.

The Committee members also took a tour in the departments of the institute, visited the classrooms, the library and the auditoriums and got acquainted with the advantages of the institute.

Koryun Nahapetyan assured that working consultations would be organized for the solution of the problems raised during the meeting.
